The self catering apartment was created in Spring 2004 by converting a traditional stone farm building to a high standard to give spacious accommodation for 2 people. The open plan layout provides a Kitchen/Dining Area, a comfortable Lounge Area and a separate Bedroom with En-Suite facilities

The apartment is South facing with views of the Lorton Valley fells, has a pleasant patio area with BBQ facilities and a lawned area to the south side. There is double glazing throughout and thermostatically controlled radiators to each room.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and sufficient place settings for the two guests and any occasional visitors, the Lounge Area has two sofas, coffee table, colour television and a DVD player, the Bedroom has a double bed and the En-suite is fitted with a large shower, hair dryer and shaver point.
